How do I ask about a specific listed animal?
Use the inquiry button on that animal’s card, or message us with the name and tag number.

Do you provide updated photos/videos?
Yes—especially if you’re traveling, arranging delivery, or making a multi-animal purchase.

Do you hold animals without a deposit?
To keep it fair, holds are typically handled through a reservation deposit when available. Contact us and we’ll confirm options for the animal you’re interested in.

How quickly do you respond?
We respond as quickly as possible. Including the species + name/tag number helps us respond accurately without extra back-and-forth.

Do you coordinate delivery directly?
We coordinate after contract and payment steps are complete and after we’ve confirmed the delivery address for quoting and scheduling.
